We live in Ireland and we wanted to renew our vows in Italy. The team helped us in organizing everything via email and WhatsApp, and assisted us with our communication with the many suppliers. We would message each other all the time and they always answered promptly (even on weekends and evenings), besides having as many video calls as necessary to clarify problems when needed. Their experience of over ten years is certainly one of their strengths: they have a wealth of knowledge, contacts and a great ability to handle any situation. But what I appreciated most was the fact that, over time, they were able to understand perfectly what I liked and how I wanted to organise my wedding.
They have a very motherly and understanding nature, and have always been helpful and patient, even during the most chaotic moments.
Speaking of patience, I still don’t know how they managed not to go mad with all my changes to the guest list: first yes, then no, then maybe, then yes again… 😅 It was practically a constant stream of updates
